Of course beucase when it comes to fashion, the French do it better! The fashion capital is Paris! Can someone tell me more about Roitfield and what makes her different from wintour? (I dont mean in terms if she has a grumpy face or not) (although I do have to admit she does have an odd expression in EVERY photo even when she's smilling) (if you could call it a smile)
